How long does delivery take?
3–7 business days depending on your delivery location.
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Yes, within 15 days of delivery, in the same condition it arrived. Freight charge won't be reversed.
What if the product arrives damaged in transit?
Reach out with photos within 2 days of delivery — transit damage is handled separately from the listed cosmetic grade and is fully covered.
What does "refurbished" mean at ReNew Appliances?
Every product has had a previous life — a return, an open-box unit, or excess stock — and goes through inspection, functional testing, and cosmetic grading before it's listed again.
What's the difference between Excellent, Good, and Fair?
Excellent means barely-there scratches and near-new condition; Good means light scratches or dust marks with full performance; Fair means visible scratches or dents but still fully functional. All three pass the same functional test — see our full grading guide for details.
Do refurbished appliances come with original accessories and manuals?
Yes, all original accessories are included unless the detail page says otherwise.
Will a refurbished appliance perform as well as a new one?
Yes. Every unit is functionally tested before listing — grade only describes cosmetic condition, not performance.
What do I do if my appliance stops working after delivery?
Contact our support team within your warranty period with your order number, and we'll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund per policy.
