Every year, thousands of perfectly good appliances get pulled from shelves and warehouses — not because anything is wrong with them, but because a box was opened, a display model needed swapping, or someone simply changed their mind. Most of that stock disappears quietly into liquidation, sold in bulk to whoever will take the risk, with no one checking whether it still works.
We've spent 10+ years inside that world. Working closely with the electricals and home appliances industry, we watched genuinely good products get written off as "returns" and resold at rock-bottom prices with no guarantees attached. That gap, between what these appliances were actually worth and how carelessly they were being resold, is what led us to start ReNew Appliances, based right here in Ahmedabad.
We buy our stock directly, and always with valid invoices, from where it actually comes from: customer returns and open-box units from Amazon and Flipkart, excess and display stock from Croma, and surplus inventory straight from brand warehouses. Because every purchase carries a genuine invoice, we're able to do something most refurbished sellers can't — pass on the manufacturer's full brand warranty to you. Not a patched-together seller guarantee. The real thing.
Before anything reaches our offering, it goes through our in-house trained technicians. Every single unit is opened, powered on, and tested function by function, because a good price means nothing if the product doesn't work the day it reaches your home.
We're not trying to hide what "refurbished" means. We're trying to prove it can mean something better — a fully tested appliance, honestly graded, backed by a real brand warranty, at a price that actually makes sense.
