Delivery Charges

Delivery Charge is fixed at ₹80 per order on order value Less than ₹499. All orders above ₹499 have free shipping.

Delivery time

We usually deliver the order within 5-6 working days from the date of order confirmation of the order and dispatch mostly in 1 business day. In some cases, the delivery delay occurs when the delivery location is a special destination or an ODA (outside the Delivery area). We may ask the customer to wait for an additional day if the location or any other circumstances occur that may affect the delivery of the orders.

Delivery Partners

We deliver most of our orders to PAN India with our delivery partners DELHIVERY, ECOM EXPRESS, MOVIN, EKART LOGISTICS, DTDC, BLUEDART, AMAZON SHIPPING (ATS), etc.

COD (Cash On Delivery)

The COD Option is available on all orders up to ₹10,000 with a small amount of token deposit. Neverthelss to say, your deposited token amount will be adjusted in total COD Collectible amount. For Orders above ₹10,000, the customer needs to make an online payment with the Razorpay payment gateway.

ODA (Out Of Delivery Area)/Non –Serviceable

ReNewAppliances.com reserves the right to cancel the order if the delivery location is either ODA or a non-serviceable PIN code by our courier Partners.
